Help with Solix in ChatGPT
The Solix app lets authorized customers read farm telemetry, monitoring, missions, robots, weather, agronomy, and unit information inside ChatGPT.
Connecting your account
- Choose a Solix tool in ChatGPT and select the option to connect your account.
- Sign in on the Solix-owned page using your organization, user, and password.
- Return to ChatGPT after the connection succeeds.
ChatGPT does not receive your Solix password. You can disconnect the plugin from your ChatGPT settings.
Connection and privacy
- Your Solix password is entered only on the Solix-owned sign-in page.
- Solix verifies every tool call against your connected account and selected unit.
- ChatGPT receives only the information needed to answer your request or display cards.
- You can disconnect Solix from ChatGPT settings and reconnect when needed.
Supported features
- Read-only telemetry, monitoring, mission, robot, weather, agronomy, and unit data
- Read-only robot lists, details, and responsive cards
- Information from your authorized selected Solix unit only
Robot safety: this version cannot start, stop, move, or otherwise control a
robot. Use the Solix app for operational actions.
Troubleshooting
- If connection expires, disconnect Solix in ChatGPT settings and connect again.
- If a robot or value is unavailable, confirm that it belongs to your selected Solix unit.
- For robot commands, continue in the Solix app; no action is performed from ChatGPT.
